She helped to optimise the systems\u2019 performance in protecting our RAF aircraft from guided missile attack, attending a number of RAF trials and developing tactics still used in active service today. She enjoys making the complex subject of Electronic Warfare (EW) accessible to all and was awarded visiting Professor status and Cranfield University in 2023.
